History of Deerpath Web Design

Owned and operated by Ross Fichter, Deerpath Web Design began in 2001 as The Deerpath Company, providing website design and internet marketing services to western Michigan.

Ross began his work as a professional web developer in July, 2000, working for Walkabout Computers in New Era, Michigan. During his 17-month tenure there, Ross served as Webmaster, Director of Web Development, and Director of Sales and Marketing.

After leaving Walkabout in November of 2001, he launched The Deerpath Company as an independent web design and internet marketing consultant, designing websites for a number of clients in the Lakeshore area of West Michigan during the first year. In August, 2002, Ross moved to New Hampshire to work for a private company as a manager and Webmaster, while maintaining Deerpath Web Design, and several of his clients, on the side.

In April, 2007, after moving back to West Michigan, Ross began again to market the services of Deerpath Web Design in Oceana County and the White Lake area of West Michigan. Since then, the number of local clients has continued to grow, as we continue to increase the range of professional web design, SEO and internet marketing services that we offer.

Deerpath Web Design is now based in Hart, Michigan and serves a broad range of clients in the Lakeshore area. With more than 7 years experience and dozens of loyal clients, Deerpath Web Design is establishing itself as one of the leading Web Design and Internet Marketing firms in Oceana County and West Michigan.
